Viewing Issues:
Generally very few users have issues viewing our seminars as the video is encoded with Windows Media Player and in the main most people can watch this content without any problem.
However if you do encounter issues please consider the following information:
Internet Explorer Viewers - Windows Media Player content should play within the Microsoft browser without any problem. The only issues reported to us previously have all been as a result of internet firewall/security issues that are outside our direct control. It may a case that you cannot view WMV files and you will need to adjust your security settings or seek help from your network administrator. Other users have reported that ActiveX controls were blocked on their corporate network and that once this was unblocked the vidoes played ok.
Firefox Viewers - If you haven't already done so then you will need to install the Windows Media Plugin for Firefox, click here to download from Microsoft.
MAC O/S Users - Our video files are currently encoded for Windows Media playback, we are considering a Flash Video option as a future enhacement. In the meantime you may be interested in the free software from Flip-for-Mac that helps with playing Windows Media content on MAC OS.
Still not playing? - We can assure you that we thoroughly test all our seminar videos prior to launch and if you see a black screen and the video does not play then the issue will almost certainly be a localised issue with your computer and/or network. To clarify our website is not causing any issue we ask that you test this WMV sample clip from Microsoft before contacting our support staff.
